forhealthcare providers

Hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies are the heart of SafeCare’s mission. We believe that every patient deserves the best possible care. But when resources and time are limited, it’s difficult to know where to start improving care and which changes will have the biggest impact. SafeCare is a guide to transparent, incremental improvement. SafeCare provides a reliable roadmap for quality improvement,  supporting hospitals for accreditation. SafeCare supports all levels of healthcare facilities, like hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, daycares, etc., to qualify for national level accreditation.

Who is elegible

SafeCare is applicable to a wide range of healthcare providers in India, including clinics, polyclinics, day care centers, nursing homes, private hospitals, and tertiary facilities. It supports hospitals across these settings in pursuing appropriate accreditation and quality-improvement standards.

digital AND IN PERSON support

Every SafeCare quality journey begins with an assessment of where a facility is today. This can either be a self-assessment or one provided on-site by a certified assessor. The results of the assessment show the biggest quality gaps the hospital is experiencing and offer the specific steps toward national-level accreditation of hospitals & healthcare in India.

If assessed by a certified assessor, hospitals, pharmacies, or clinics will receive a SafeCare certificate of their level of quality. Posting this certificate can increase patient trust and staff confidence by publicly recognizing the current status of quality.

The SafeCare Quality Platform enables them to track and monitor quality improvement journeys every step of the way, get direct support from quality advisors, and collect data about their progress. The easy-to-use platform clearly shows the steps that facilities need to take to reach national-level accreditation of hospitals & healthcare in India and offers resources for support or further information. The platform allows identifying pain points; based on these, extra support can be requested, for example, training.
